We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order without providing a reason. Rejection, we will refund the payment via bank transfer or PayNow.

Due to inevitable circumstances such as stock and seasonal availability, bouquets may not be exactly like the photos on our marketing materials. However, we will use reasonable endeavors to recreate a similar design/style to ensure the overall presentation will not be affected.

All orders placed are final upon confirmation. No cancellation request will be accepted. Due to the perishable nature of our products and customized works, all items are not exchangeable nor refundable. We seek your kind understanding.

Should you wish to change your order, a 48 hours notice (prior to the delivery date) is required. Please contact us immediately via email at blossomsmile21@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 98712972 in this case. We reserve the right to reject any changes to your order.

BlossomSmile reserves the right to substitute/replace any item with an equivalent or higher value depending on availability to ensure the overall presentation will not be affected.

Our delivery is conducted by a trusted third-party courier company. Delivery service applies to all locations in Singapore except Jurong Island, Tuas, Penjuru, Army Camps, Airline Road, Army Camps, Police Camps, Sentosa Island, Airport Terminals, PSA ports, and Changi Business Park.

Timeslots deliveries are 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm (we aren’t able to advise or provide an estimated arrival time of delivery, drivers will deliver anytime within the time slot as selected). For all orders please place your order at least 2 days in advance. Please note that an additional charge of SGD 15 will apply and requests are based on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of the product and timeslots of the day as well.

Please take note of failed delivery:

  • The incorrect address is given / No valid means of contact.
  • No one at home / unable to leave the product outside of the unit.
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances.

For the failed delivery a re-scheduled delivery charge of SGD 30 will apply on a case-by-case basis and is subjected to the next available delivery slot. We are not responsible for any late delivery due to heavy traffic, unpredictable rainy weather, or anything else beyond our control.
