On the rare occasions that an incorrect item or defective item has been received, kindly contact us within 3 hours with a clear picture as a reference and our team will attend to you as soon as possible. Any request made after the stated time frame will not be accepted.
As flowers are highly perishable items, we will not entertain any complaints or reports made the next day after receiving them to ensure fairness in the judgment of the flowers.
Prior to delivery, all items will be captured to ensure the flowers/bouquets are in good condition, kindly ask for a photo if you need any further clarification.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to the final decision.
A refund may be issued at our absolute discretion on a case-by-case basis, in form of store credits equivalent to the purchase amount which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. All promotion items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.
