Purchasing & Ordering Policy
By placing an order through our site, you will receive an email automatically generated by the system acknowledge that we have received your order. Do check your junk or spam mail for the email acknowledgement.
Please note that your order is not yet confirmed and subject to our acceptance.
Upon acceptance, a message with payment instructions will be sending to you via email or WhatsApp (please provide your contact number for payment processing).
Order will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment within stipulated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order that payment made after the stated timeline, with full refund of payment received.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are outsourced and conducted by trusted third-party courier company.
We offer:-
- Standard delivery (anytime between 9am to 6pm*) for purchase below S$118 – Flat Rate S$15
- Standard delivery (anytime between 9am to 6pm*) for purchase over S$118 – FREE
- Express delivery (any 2 hours between 9am to 6pm) – Flat Rate S$30
*Selection/specific delivery time is strictly not allowed for Standard delivery. Flowers will be delivered ANYTIME within our business operation hours from 9am to 6pm.
Please note that:
- We are unable to advise or provide an estimated arrival time of delivery, drivers will deliver anytime within the time slot (9am to 6pm).
- In the event of the following scenarios, it is being considered as a failed delivery.
- Unable to leave the arrangements outside the unit.
- The delivery personnel are unable to head up to the unit due to unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect address given / No valid means of contact.
- Any other unforeseen circumstances.
- All failed delivery will be fulfilled on the next available delivery slot subjected to our schedule and a re-delivery fee of $25 will be imposed.
- We are not responsible for any late delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, unpredictable rainy weathers, or anything else beyond of our control.

- Airline Road & Alps Ave
- Army Camps / Police Camps
- Changi Business Park
- Jurong Island
- Penjuru
- Tuas
- Sentosa Island
- Airports
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that all purchases are final and we do not offer return, exchange or refund.
On the rare occasions that an incorrect item or defective item has been received, kindly contact us within 3 hours with a clear picture as reference and our team will attend to you as soon as possible. Any request made after the stated time frame will not be accepted.
As flowers are highly perishable items, we will not entertain any complaints or reports made the next day after receiving to ensure fairness in judgement of the flowers.
Prior to delivery, all items will be captured to ensure the flowers/bouquets are in good condition, kindly ask for a photo if you need any further clarification.
In the event of dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
A refund may be issued at our absolute discretion on a case-by-case basis, in form of store credits equivalent to the purchase amount which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. All promotion items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.
Flowers Availability & Substitution
Every flower is unique, just like you.
We are unable to promise that every arrangement will look exactly like the ones you see on our website as every flower bloom differently, we will do our utmost to assure the flower will look at beautiful as always. All products are subject to availability.
In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we received from suppliers are not in perfect conditions to meet our high quality standards – we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Please note that:-
- Photos on our website have undergone image-editing for illustration purposes; actual product colour may vary due to photographic lighting sources on screen.
- Fresh cut flowers are perishable items and prone to decomposition.
We will do our utmost to provide the freshest flowers, but please understand that we are unable to stop decomposition of flowers. Thus, we held no responsibility for the freshness of flowers once delivered or upon collection by the customers. - Colours of wrappers and ribbons may change to close colour or style alternative, without prior notice given.
- Balloon lasting period may differ from one another, and therefore – the float time or the sizes of the balloon cannot be guaranteed.
Disclaimer & Order Acceptance Policy
All information collected through ordering will be strictly kept private and confidential and will not be used for any marketing or sales purposes by any third party.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order without providing reason.
In the event of rejection, we will refund the payment received via the payment method used to place the order previously.
